Concentrations

Harvard College offers academic opportunities to its students that are virtually unsurpassed at American universities.

• There are 45 undergraduate fields of study (called concentrations), many of which are interdisciplinary
• Students may combine two concentrations or design their own Special Concentration.
• Concentrations comprise no more than half a student’s academic program, leaving ample room for elective courses
