Visiting Undergraduate Students receive support from the coordinator of advising for Visiting Undergraduate Students, who serves as their primary contact and academic adviser.

The coordinator of advising for Visiting Undergraduate Students also acts as a liaison between students, the Advising Programs Office, departmental advisers, and the Office of Visiting Undergraduate Student Admissions.
All Harvard undergraduates are affiliated with a Harvard House. As a Visiting Undergraduate Student, you will be affiliated with Dudley House. Dudley House serves graduate students and undergraduates who live off campus. Your academic advising will be coordinated at Dudley House. In addition, Dudley House offers some recreational facilities and organizes a number of social activities for Visiting Undergraduate Students. For more information, see the Dudley House website.
VUS are not eligible to apply for Harvard University housing.
Securing an apartment in the Cambridge area can be time-consuming, and it is important to allow sufficient time to find an accommodation. Apartments are generally listed one to two months before becoming available, but accepted students should begin the search for off-campus housing as soon as possible. It is critical to secure housing before arriving at Harvard. Some helpful resources are below.
